Dr. Kent Lachney, CPA, serves as Chair and Associate Professor of Accounting at Louisiana State University of Alexandria. He received a DBA in Accounting from Liberty University and an MBA in Management from Louisiana Tech University. He has extensive accounting and management experience in in public accounting, industry, and non-profit organizations. Dr. Lachney has published in the Journal of Forensic and Investigative Accounting as well as presented at American Accounting Association Forensic Accounting Research conferences. His research interest includes fraud, accounting education, and tax. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Food Bank of Central Louisiana as Chairman. He is a member of the Louisiana Society of CPAs and serves on the Board of Directors of the Central Louisiana Chapter of CPAs as well as a member of the LCPA Accounting Education Issues Committee. He enjoys traveling, family events, and reading historical fiction. He has been married over 45 years and has two granddaughters.
Jason has over twenty one years of clinical Radiology experience and just under two years of management experience. With experience, both personally and professionally in non-profit and for profit organizations, Jason has a diverse background of the healthcare landscape in Central Louisiana. Jason holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and is a licensed Radiologic Technologist with advanced certification in MRI.
Dr. Adena LeJeune is a Certified Public Accountant in Louisiana. She earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Professional Accountancy degrees from Louisiana Tech University and a PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management from Northcentral University. In 1998 she passed all parts of the CPA exam on the first attempt and received an award for the 3rd highest scores in the state. After gaining experience in public accounting and as Finance Director of a not-for-profit organization, she entered the field of higher education in 2002. Dr. LeJeune is a member of the Louisiana Society of CPAs (LCPA), the American Institute of CPAs, and the American Accounting Association. She has served as an officer and board member of the Central Louisiana Chapter of the LCPA as well as on statewide committees. She has been a member of the Accounting Education Issues Committee for the LCPA since 2004 and assists in planning the Accounting Educators’ Workshop each year. With academic interests in the areas of accounting and finance, Dr. LeJeune has published several articles in academic journals.
· Nineteen years experience in teaching a wide variety of IS core courses at the undergraduate level, including System Analysis and Design, Database System, IT Strategy and Policy, Data Communications and Networking, Fundaments of Information Systems, E-Commerce, IS Theories and Practices, etc..

A proud of alumnus of LSU Alexandria (B.S. Psychology) and LSU (M.A. Higher Education Administration), Ethan directs LSUA's First Year Experience program, New & Transfer Student Orientation, Parent & Family Programs, International Student Orientation, and LSUA's Student Ambassadors. Also, he serves on several campus community committees.
"Prior to graduation, I found my niche in higher education through an internship in the Chancellor's Office. I saw a different side of Higher Ed and knew this was the direction I wanted my career to go. Working in academic and student affairs allows me to not only be that initial point of contact for new students, but to work with these same students until they walk the stage at graduation."
Dr. Tanya Lueder earned a Ph.D. in Computational Analysis Modeling from LA Tech, an MS in Math from LSU, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from LSU. She has worked in various engineering and computer programming projects as an intern and/or engineer for the Army Corp of Engineers Waterways Experiment Station in Vicksburg, MS; Marathon Oil in Laplace, LA; International Paper in Pineville, LA; and International Paper in Mansfield, LA. For many years, she led Family Readiness Groups for military families, two of them during her husband's deployments. Currently, she mentors middle school, high school, and university robotics and drone teams and has directed or assisted in many competitions in Louisiana. At LSUA, she has served as the Dual Enrollment Coordinator, the Director of the Center for Teaching Excellence, has received three LSUA Foundation Endowed Professorships, and has been awarded an Undergraduate Enhancement Board of Regents Support Fund grant and two LaSIP grants. Her courses have included ³Ô¹ÏÖ±²¥ Algebra, Trigonometry, Elementary Statistics, Business Calculus, Calculus, Numerical Analysis, Discrete Mathematics, Graph Theory, Introduction to Computer Programming, Programming I & Programming II.
