• Automatic Bank Payments (ACH) - ACH Payments are payments you have authorized FACTS to process directly with your financial institution. Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. NOTE: All down and full payments are processed immediately.
  
• Credit Card Option - Payers have the option of charging their tuition payment to their credit card. Payments will be charged on the 5th of each month until the balance is paid in full. The following cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. NOTE: All down and full payments are processed immediately.
  
• Cost to Participate
  • $40 payment plan enrollment fee per semester (ACH & Credit Card). The fee is non-refundable and is not credited to your tuition account.
  • $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment.
  • $30 non-refundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned.
  • 2.75% service fee if a credit/debit card is used.
    
• Steps to Pay Online

  2. Click "Student" in navigation bar
  3. Select "Payment Plan Options"
NOTE: If you set up a payment plan prior to receiving your financial aid, you must notify Accounting Services when your financial aid is received to adjust your payment plan balance to reflect the balance of your student account.

Financial Aid - If you have ALL your tuition and fees covered by any type of exemption or financial aid (including loans), you do NOT have to see a cashier to complete the payment process. You can complete the payment process by accepting and applying the aid on your Award Letter through
